The original name of our nonprofit organization was the "Open Compliance & Ethics Group." 

Over time, our mission and vision went beyond "compliance & ethics" and so we typically go by our initialism or acronym OCEG.

OCEG is a global, nonprofit think tank. 

We inform, educate, and/or certify more than 120,000 members on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). We provide interdisciplinary content, best practices, education, and certifications.

Our members include c-suite executives, management, and other professionals from small and midsize businesses, international corporations, nonprofits, and government agencies. Our members represent the full spectrum professionals from, and influenced by, GRC.
