Invoices are issued prior to a purchase, whereas a receipt is issued after the purchase. The invoice acts as a request for payment, and the receipt acts as a proof of payment.

OCEG does not provide invoices for small individual purchases. Our streamlined online credit card processing issues a receipt after the purchase is made. You can find your receipts at: https://www.oceg.org/user/billing/ (NOTE: Our system does generate retroactive "invoices" but they are not provided before purchase).

OCEG provides invoices for Team Bundles or other larger bulk purchases. These invoices quote a price and may reference things like Purchase Orders or other customary things.
Get a Receipt
The best way to get a receipt is to access your "Billing & Receipts" dashboard from the upper right "avatar" menu; then you select "View Billing Statements & Receipts". From there, you can download a PDF.

2. Click "Billing & Receipts"
3. Click "View Billing Statements & Receipts"
4. Click on specific statement such as "Apr 11, 2024"
5. Click to download your retroactive invoice or receipt
