On your CPE transcript page or on your certification dashboard (for certifications that require maintenance credits), you can find a link to do this.

This link will bring you to a submission form.

Make sure to include all of the certifications you wish to add credits to, and include proper documentation.

If you have been directed to this form from a conversation with our support team, make sure to include this information in the description field.

We treat one CPE credit as equivalent to one hour of content. If your submission is incomplete, it will be deleted. Typical mistakes include submitting incomplete documentation or treating one minute as one credit.
