Your CPE Transcript is located at https://www.oceg.org/user/cpe/ and lists all of your automatically tracked activity.

Maintaining accurate CPE credit records is critical for ensuring that all of your activities are applied correctly toward your certifications.

Understanding the CPE Tracking Process

OCEG provides automatic CPE credit tracking for activities like webinars. However, errors can sometimes occur due to various reasons:

  1. Live Webinars:

    • Late arrival or early departure

    • Missing poll question responses

  2. Recorded Webinars:

    • Cookies being disabled or ad blockers interfering

  3. General Issues:

    • Random technical errors related to internet connectivity or system glitches Unfortunately, once an error occurs, it's not possible to reconstruct past activity to restore missing credits. In such cases, manual submission is an alternative.

This activity counts toward your continuing education for all OCEG / GRC Certify certifications.

These certifications include GRCP, GRCA, IDPP, IPMP, IAAP, and additional OCEG credentials like IPMP, ICEP, and IRMP, with all credits unified under a single CPE transcript.

If you notice missing credits, you may manually submit them by:

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it permissible to manually add obtained certificates to the CPE transcript list?

Yes, you can manually add your certificates if they are not automatically reflected. However, ensure that the recorded information accurately represents the time spent on each activity, as participation times can vary.

Is there a separate transcript for each OCEG certification?

No, OCEG provides a single unified transcript for all certifications. This means tracked activities count toward all certifications, such as IPMP, ICEP, and IRMP.

Important Distinctions Between Certifications

OCEG Certifications

  • Credits, whether tracked automatically or submitted manually, are unified under a single CPE transcript for OCEG certifications, including IPMP, ICEP, and IRMP.

  • All tracked activities count toward all OCEG certification requirements automatically.

Non-OCEG Certifications

  • Manual submissions and automatically tracked credits will not result in downloadable NASBA-accredited certificates.

  • NASBA requires specific evidence of participation (e.g., attendance data), which cannot be retroactively recreated.
