If your account is expiring and not set to auto-renew...
Go to 'Billing & Receipts' and click 'Reactivate'. This will re-enable the auto-renewal of your membership at the end of the current billing period.
If your account is past due...
Go to the Billings & Receipts in the top right menu. From there you can update your payment method. Your card will be charged and your subscription re-activated.
If your account was canceled...
If you had previously canceled your subscription, first make sure to update your payment method as explained above. Once that's done, please contact us via our chat widget to get your membership re-activated.
