When you have VIP Autopay toggled on, your account has Automatic CPE Tracking available. This feature automatically tracks the time you spend in live webinars and on webinar recordings.

When you watch a webinar recording such as "The Protector Mindset and Persuasive Leadership" you will see the Automatic CPE Tracking icon in the upper left corner of the video.

Make sure that the progress is at least 90% and you receive the message indicating "Congratulations, you have earned a CPE credit for watching at least 90% of this video!"

We recognize that everyone learns at different speeds and our media player allows you to increase or decrease the speed of playback.

When you change the playback speed, progress is not impacted. In other words, progress is tracked as a percentage of the video watched ... not the amount of time in your seat watching it. If you slow down the player and it takes more time, you still get the same amount of credit as if you speed up the player and it takes less time.

Live Webinars are also automatically tracked but have different "rules." To get credit for a live webinar, you must:

All of your recorded CPE Credits are available on your CPE Transcript. The transcript shows your credits from the past year. If you see any omissions, you may manually submit credits.
