How can I get a PDF receipt or invoice for my purchase

You may need a formal receipt for a purchase.

OCEG does not provide invoices for small individual purchases. Our streamlined online credit card processing issues a receipt after the purchase is made. For small, individual purchases, OCEG’s system generates a real-time invoice and receipt upon successful payment processing.

NOTE: Our system does generate retroactive "invoices" however, they are not provided before purchase.

OCEG provides invoices for Team Bundles or other larger bulk purchases. These invoices quote a price and may reference things like Purchase Orders or other customary elements. To request an invoice for larger purchases, customers may contact OCEG support and provide details on the intended purchase, such as the number of participants or items. These invoices may also include bank account details for offline payments if required. To generate an invoice for a Team Bundle purchase, please ensure you provide the following information:

  1. Contact Name: The name of the primary contact for the invoice.

  2. Contact Email: The email address where the invoice will be sent.

  3. Number of Team Members: The total number of team members to be funded.

  4. Company Name: The official name of the organization making the purchase.

  5. Company Billing Address: The complete billing address to include on the invoice. Once all of this information is provided, an invoice will be promptly generated and sent to the contact email.

Get a Receipt

The best way to get a receipt is to access your "Billing & Receipts" dashboard from the upper right "avatar" menu; then you select "View Billing Statements & Receipts". From there, you can download a PDF.

This instantaneous process ensures that users can conveniently access both invoices and receipts after completing a small transaction.

For small, individual purchases, OCEG streamlines the payment process by generating real-time invoices and receipts upon transaction completion. This minimizes user effort and ensures prompt access to payment records.

1. Open Avatar Menu

For Team Bundles or group purchases, customers should contact OCEG support in advance to request an invoice. These invoices are customized to include details like quoted pricing, purchase orders, and other pertinent information required for bulk transactions. If you notice any errors in the billing address or other information on your generated invoice, you can request corrections. Contact OCEG support with the specific error details and provide accurate updated information. Once corrected, you will receive an updated version of the invoice via a shareable link. This ensures billing accuracy for financial records.

4. Click on specific statement such as "Apr 11, 2024"

5. Click to download your retroactive invoice or receipt
